I truly enjoyed reading this book! John Elder is a hard-working young man trying to gain respect from his older brothers and gain self-worth for himself. He decides to take his share of the family cattle and move to Kansas. One night, while searching for his lazy cow hands, he is shocked to find Moira O'Mara clinging desperately to a bed sheet from a second story window of a brothel! Not only Moira, but also four adolescent girls trying to escape from a kidnapper. Moira is a tough young lady who has been searching the last four years for her brother. Circumstances force John to become the trail boss of a crew of five females! I found myself grinning at all the hilarious incidents that happened on the cattle drive. All the characters together were a winning combination. The author has once again written another fantastic story!

Good story.
I enjoyed this historical romance very much, it was written from a different perspective with females as cowboys. I recommend this book to other readers of Christian fiction.
